As a special distributor of Danfoss in the steel industry, our company provides VLT® and VACON® drives products to customers. Soft starter products are widely used in applications such as water pumps, hydraulic pumps, tans, compressors, etc.

VLT® Soft Start Controller MCD 100, due to its unique semiconductor design, is a cost-effective and compact soft starter suitable for AC motors with a maximum power of 11kW:

• MCD 100 series has a power range from 0.1 to 110 kW and timed voltage ramp.

• Danfoss VLT® The compact starter MCD 200 series includes two series:

MCD 201 series power range is from 7.5 to 110 kW, with timed voltage ramp;

MCD 202 series power range is from 7.5 to 110 kW, the current limit is activated.

• VLT® Soft Starter MCD 500 a comprehensive motor starting solution. The current transmitter measures the motor current and provides feedback for the acceleration and deceleration curves of the controlled motor:

MCD 500 series power range is from 7.5 to 800 kW; Adaptive ACC control.

• VLT® Soft Starter MCD 600 combines the most advanced control and protection devices with improved intelligent technology to provide outstanding performance in constant speed applications:

MCD 600 series power range is from 7.5 to 1400 kW; Adaptive ACC control.
